Our English School in London

|
 |
College Facilities
Outside class times you can use our self-study and listening centre
(equipped with tape recorders and a computer) or our library. You
will be able to choose the language area you wish to work on: pronunciation,
grammar, vocabulary, listening, examination practice, reading and
literature & poetry.
There is a common room at Princes College where you can relax and
meet other students. The college has two computers connected to
the Internet through a broadband line. Students can use them to
check and send emails free of charge.

Teachers
All our teachers are native English speakers with experience and
qualifications in teaching English as a foreign language. Modern
methods and techniques used by our teachers help students learn
the language quickly and efficiently. As we stress the importance
of the teacher-student relationship, our teachers are carefully
selected and monitored.

Social Programme
|
 |

|
Our social programme boasts weekly coach trips throughout the year
to all the famous beauty spots and historical places in the UK.
There are also visits to pubs, discos, theatres and cinemas. Swimming,
table tennis and badminton are available at the university sports
centre nearby.
|
|
London has a great music scene with regular modern and classical
concerts, and of course Camden, with its markets and clubs, is close
by.
We arrange our own party every term, so you can meet all students
at Princes College.
In July and August we run a well-attended weekly social programme
for both summer and long term students which includes regular London
walks, boat trips and visits to museums, galleries, parks and other
places of interest.
Please note that you may have to pay for some of the social activities, such as theatre trips, school parties and weekend day trips.

Student Visas
Our daytime (15 hours a week) classes qualify as full-time courses
of study in the UK.
Princes College is accredited by the Association of British Language
Schools (ABLS). The UK Home Office Immigration and Nationality Directorate
produced guidelines identifying the Association of British Language
Schools (ABLS) as one of the three main bodies accrediting bona
fide private education institutions in the UK. Princes College is on the Register of Education Providers kept by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES).
The Certificate of Enrolment, required for the visa application,
is issued by the College on payment of full fees.
For more information on how to apply for an entry visa, please contact the British Embassy in your country of residence or visit www.ukvisas.gov.uk
